Your challenge

• You work with digital and data-driven processes to ensure
  good customer service.
• You review the Customer Journey with the aim of helping customers
  and identifying problems.
• You are responsible for introducing current solutions to customers,
  with presentations and training.
• You adapt products based on market and customer feedback and
  perform competitive analysis.
• You are in close exchange with partners and other business segments
  to create perfect customer solutions.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology
  or a comparable course of study.
• You have several years of professional experience in telecommunications,
  ideally in the areas of virtualization, 5G networks, cloud, and edge computing.
• You have very good German as well as English communication skills,
  both written and spoken.
• As a team player, you are open to change and willing to learn new things.
