We process the candidate data only for the purpose and within the scope of the application process in accordance with the legal requirements. Processing of the candidate data takes place in order to fulfil our (pre-)contractual obligations under the application process as stipulated in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. and lit. f General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] if the data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g. in the context of legal proceedings (in Germany, § 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act [BDSG] applies in addition to the GDPR).

As part of the application process, we offer candidates the opportunity to join our “talent pool” for two years – subject to their consent – in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR.

The application documents in the talent pool are processed only in the context of future job advertisements and when searching for employees and will be destroyed at the latest after expiry of the deadline. The candidates are informed that their consent to the inclusion in the talent pool is voluntary, has no influence on the current application process and that they can revoke this consent at any time for the future and declare an objection referred to in Art. 21 GDPR.

Disclosure of Data

Facebook Pixel

Within our online offer we use the so-called “Facebook pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).
