This year SCHAU REIN! will take place from 12 to 17 March.

Pupils get an insight into the company albis-elcon on the visiting days. These public days will be held at the headquarters located in Hartmannsdorf from 12 to 14 March.

SCHAU REIN! – The „week of the open enterprises” is Saxony’s largest career guidance initiative. In this week pupils have the opportunity to get an inside look at the different companies. They also have the chance to try themselves out, and to find out which profession would suit them best. The visiting days start with an introduction of the company, its history, products and customers. The presentation of the apprenticeship is held by the company´s own trainees who introduce the training possibilities offered by albis-elcon: electronics technician for devices and systems and industrial clerk. In this way the pupils can get information at first hand.  The ensuing tour through the production area will demonstrate the modern and efficient production machines.The visitors get impressions of the assembly of circuit boards, including mechanical soldering, up to the assembly of the final products and  their packaging. “In the past, this tour has always been a highlight for the visitors,” says Denise Neukirchner, Human Resources Assistant.
