albis-elcon renames the legal company name from ELCON Systemtechnik GmbH to albis-elcon system Germany GmbH. Shortly, the renaming of Albis Technologies AG will follow.
With immediate effect the official company name is changed from ELCON Systemtechnik GmbH to albis-elcon system Germany GmbH. The shareholder and management structures are not affected by the renaming. All existing contracts including the rights and obligations remain unchanged.
The legal renaming marks an important milestone towards a consistent brand implementation by formerly two separate companies – Albis Technologies AG and ELCON Systemtechnik GmbH.
After the merger in 2015, the albis-elcon brand was established to provide best-in-class solutions with a comprehensive product portfolio on the telecommunications market.
